Included in the price are:
-Accommodation (on the basis of a shared double or twin room)
-All gourmet meals
-Locally produced wine with dinner
-3 yoga sessions
-3 individual coaching sessions
Our basic weekly retreat runs from Thursday to Thursday.
You can book your retreat by phone, by emailing us your requirements or by using our online booking form.
We ask you to secure your booking with a 300 E deposit.
The remainder of the payment is due 6 weeks before departure. You can pay by bank transfer or online via paypal.
