Isabel is the creator of Costa Azul Retreats and she’s a strong believer that good times, instigating conversation and beautiful surroundings can inspire anyone to fulfil their wildest dreams. Her passion for fostering change in others and seeing them shine in their lives led her to become a certified Business & Life Coach (by the Coach Institute of Ireland). After working several years in the online industry in Dublin, she knows from her own experience that realising a life dream is a journey with many steps and sometimes stones. Also a thoughtful hostess, her dream led her to create a haven for her guests and provide the ideal space and atmosphere to enable them to discover, explore and accomplish the next goals in their life.

Ana is our yoga teacher. With 10 years of yoga practice, her beginnings were with swasthya yoga (a practice widely diffused in Brazil, Portugal and other countries) and she has since then learnt various other styles of yoga. With her curious personality and knowledge of what works best in each style, Ana has developed a flexible yoga flow that she enjoys adapting as she reads her groups’ energy and experience. Each session will be a fun and pleasant experience of relaxation and balance. Off the yoga matt, Ana is a painter, illustrates children’s books and leads relaxing painting workshops.

MARIO SANTOS

Mario is our massage therapist. For over 20 years, Mario has trained and practiced various types of therapies and alternative medicine. He’s a passionate advocate of oriental therapies and of a holistic and natural approach to well-being. You’ll get to pick from ayurvedic massage, shiatsu, reflexology, tui na massage, lymphatic drainage or a classic relaxation therapy. Mario’s uses an integrative approach to make the treatment as therapeutic and enjoyable as possible. Mario is also a music lover and a self-taught talented musician who can pretty much play any song he hears.
